Description : RV series vision measurement machine with big granite base and guider way, worktable have better load ability, make sure high stability, on another hand installed with 0.1µm high resolution high accuracy glass transducer, make sure detect every tiny movement.
RV series vision measurement machine have good perpendicularity adjustment, make sure machine have good space accuracy, even the parts have height difference still have good measurement accuracy. Together with Z axis Auto focus, 1.3M pixel high resolution industrial camera, 0.1µm high accuracy glass transducer make clear image, high accuracy reading and high measurement accuracy.
